Functions of the Investigation Committee

to conduct an investigation into any matter which may give rise to the Council exercising any of its powers to revoke, vary or temporarily suspend a licence under section 27(1), (2) or (3) or 29 of the Human Reproductive Technology Ordinance(Cap.561).
