Licensing Manual for Reproductive Technology Centres

The Licensing Manual for Reproductive Technology Centres is published by the Council to set out the licensing system under the Human Reproductive Technology Ordinance (Cap. 561) and provides guidance for centres in licence application. A person who wants to apply for a licence to carry out a relevant activity is recommended to read and follow the instructions in the Manual.
